Waist Trainers in Uganda

Home Running On Running CloudFlow: Swiss Quick Running Shoe Review This review focuses on the On Running CloudFlow Swiss running shoe. My acquaintance with the ON Running brand happened a few years ago: I was visiting Helsinki and, walking through sports shops in search of a new pair of running shoes, I came across a stand with these, at that time very unusual looking, sneakers. Of course, their atypical outsole could not fail to attract my attention. I turned them over in my hands, bent them, tried on one of the models, but I was still afraid to buy, having decided to read more about them. Then I stopped my choice on the proven Nike Free Run, but unusual ON settled in my head. True, in Russia at that time, if ON sneakers were sold, it was not easy to find them, and there was not much choice. Models from other brands appeared that were interesting to try. So it took several years and pairs of sneakers, until I was presented with a certificate for competitive On Cloud Flash, and I just needed marathons. Without hesitation, I bought them. A Waist Trainers in Uganda  few days later, the little white Flash carried me along the treadmill on the 400-meter cycle track in Krylatskoye, and I could not believe that I was able to accelerate faster than usual, despite the fact that it was the first speed in this training cycle. And so it happened that my choice of the next training model was determined - On Running Cloudflow. And a month later, when I was in Dublin, I was walking (or rather, running) to the store just after them. I bought, changed my shoes, left my previous sneakers at the checkout and ran my 27 km in a new pair around the city, which was preparing for the celebration of St. Patrick's Day. At first I was almost upset, as is usually the case when you have high expectations. After a fairly soft model of my previous sneakers, the abrupt transition to Cloudflow hit my feet with less comfort. However, I knew what I was doing, and depreciation was not a priority. But it wasn't about her: if before that I was running in a pair with a very thin textile upper, then I put on sneakers with a classic dense material. I got used to the “sock feel” on my foot, great elasticity, and I had to adapt again to the standard upper frame. Cloudflow did not rub my leg over these 27 km, although, I must say right away, I, in principle, am not prone to such problems, but I felt a certain fatigue in my foot by the end of the day. There was clearly a lack of ventilation compared to the textile upper: the legs periodically became hot. Quite frankly, it was this lack of ventilation that blurred my first sneaker impressions a bit. Training plans for the marathon and half marathon. Download and start preparing today. Otherwise, I got what I expected: good responsiveness, no viscosity and lightness. The next day, the plan was 15 km on asphalt, paving stones and partially on the ground in the park. Legs tired the day before rejoiced at the ease of Cloudfow. Moreover, now, after specifically reviewing both Dublin runs, I found that in the end I was able to accelerate - the sneakers seemed to urge me to run faster. Back in Moscow, I got into the old pair again: it was a pity to knead our winter-spring mud in the neat new Cloudflows. So they stood on the shelf until the next trip in mid-April. During this time, I managed to examine them in detail. Perhaps the visual perception cannot be objective, but it is still difficult to argue with the fact that ON Running pays a lot of attention to detail. The stereotype about Swiss quality is vividly realized in these sneakers: each seam seems to be measured with perfect precision, the combination of colors, noble and dim, is thought out, and even the lace holes are reinforced not just with metal, but with inserts with the ON symbol. Small print “Put Me ON” on the ends of the laces and “I am the shortcut to runner’s high” on the insole under the heel. Each model of ON sneakers has its own corporate slogan. The quality of the materials is pleasant to the touch, and the laces are thin and elastic: this makes the lacing less stiff and reduces the risk of loosening. https://jiji.ug/56-waist-trainers
